Spring 2019

Skill Building

It's time for team photos and our very first FANFEST with FC Little League!

After pictures, teams will head over to the FanFest stations, where each team/player will participate in Around the Horn, Target Toss, Base Running & Home Run Derby challenges.

This year, we are again using 99Pledges to help us collect and track donations on-line. Each player should have already received an email with a link to their own page for their family and friends to make donations. Our goal is $100 in pledges per player. All individuals who meet their $100 goal will be entered into one of the following drawings:

  • $50 Amazon Gift Card for 6U Division
  • $50 Amazon Gift Card for 8U Division
  • $50 Amazon Gift Card for 10U Division
  • $50 Amazon Gift Card for 12U Division

The team that raises the most money will receive a pizza party!!

The Lions Club will host a free picnic with hot dogs and nachos for all players and their families – please be sure to thank the Lions Club volunteers for their support when you see them at the park.

The FanFest Fundraiser is the most important fundraiser during the year and is a key source of funding for league operations – we appreciate your support in maintaining the kind of high quality program we all want for our children.  If you are able to volunteer an hour to help with checking in teams or helping with the FanFest stations or cleaning up at the end of the day, it would be greatly appreciated. Please click the link below to volunteer or to ask any questions.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a scorekeeper for Foster City Youth Softball Association. Our goal is to supply the league with well-trained, mature, and committed scorekeepers.  Please very carefully consider whether you will realistically have the time to both scorekeep and play, in addition to your schoolwork.  The spring season starts late February and goes through May.

In order to become a scorekeeper, you must:
- Be between the ages of 12-18
- Attend a scorekeeper clinic - to be held some time in mid/late February
- Shadow an experienced scorekeeper for one training game

Scorekeepers will be paid $15.00 per game and paid at the end of the season, or you can choose to receive two hours of community service per game instead of being paid.

Once we get closer to the season, you will be able to access the scheduling website. You will not be able to scorekeep in your current age division.

Please register to be a scorekeeper here or click the link above Upcoming Events on the right.
